We will review your inquiry and provide a detailed proposal outlining our services and associated fees. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, you can confirm your agreement via email or phone.
Complete the necessary application form for a Building Permit. Download the form from our website and submit it along with the required documentation, as detailed in our application checklist, to info@devandco.com.au. Along with your application, please remit a 50% payment of the total fees.
Once we receive your application and payment, our team will thoroughly assess your application. During this phase, we may request additional information or documentation. Once all requirements are met, we will proceed with the next steps.
After assessing your application, we will email you an invoice for the remaining fees. Upon receiving the final payment, we will finalize your Building Permit and send you the stamped documentation.
With your Building Permit issued, you are ready to start construction. Ensure you adhere to all specified conditions and guidelines.
